YOUTH PROGRAMS
Does your child lack confidence?
Does your child have low self-esteem?
How would they perform in a job interview situation?
I've spoken to many educators and they all agree, Many high school students lack confidence and have poor face to face communication skills. One of the significant contributing factors is social media and technology.
The reality is that the majority will have to attend job interviews either for part time employment whilst still at school or full time employment once their schooling is completed. In addition, those wishing to study Medicine or Dentistry will have to attend a UMAT Interview. In an ultra competitive job market, what will give your child a competitive advantage? It's proven that learning Public Speaking and Communication strategies builds confidence and self-esteem at any age.
My Youth Programs develop and nurture:
Confidence
Self-Esteem
A Positive Self- Narrative
Self-Awareness
They will learn:
Speaking and Communication Skills
The 4 Pillars of Effective Communication, Mind, Body, Voice, Language.
Strategies to Connect and Build Rapport
Impromptu Speaking Skills Invaluable in Interview Situations.

"Con ran a "Life After School" program at Specialized Assistance School for Youth (SASY) during term 2, 2019. The program was aimed at senior students, ages ranging from 18-22, to help provide strategies and raise awareness of entering the workforce after the completion of schooling. The program was initially set up for 6 sessions but due to student wishes it was expanded to 9 weeks and up to the completion of term 2.
The program focused on building self-awareness and self-esteem, the importance of self-narrative, building confidence for interview situations, resume creation, building the students capacity to positive risk take and overall increasing the student’s capacity to engage in the workforce once they are SACE completed at SASY.
Con formed strong relationships with students he worked alongside with, culminating in both growth and confidence as observed by SASY staff.
I personally, after witnessing the connection made with some of our most challenging students, would recommend Con for any role where he can help empower students and help them prepare for life after school."
